Shipping policy

Olivia makes each piece of jewellery especially for you, and while she endeavours to complete each order as fast as possible, dispatch may take between 3-4 weeks of placing your order, especially in busy periods. If you need something in a hurry, please get in contact with Olivia and she will see what can be done.

Each order will be sent by either Royal Mail Special Delivery or Tracked and Signed For, to ensure that your new piece of jewellery gets to you quickly and safely. You will be emailed a tracking number after dispatch and can expect delivery within a couple of working days. Find out about Special Delivery and Tracked and Signed For on the Royal Mail website.

Olivia offers no questions asked returns or exchanges within 30 days of product delivery. This DOES NOT apply to commissioned pieces or personalised/engraved pieces, these are non refundable. Please visit our Returns and Exchanges page for further information.
