Shipping policy

Olivia makes each piece of jewellery especially for you, and while she endeavours to complete each order as fast as possible, dispatch may take between 3-4 weeks of placing your order, especially in busy periods. If you need something in a hurry, please get in contact with Olivia and she will see what can be done.

Each order will be sent by special delivery to ensure that your new piece of jewellery gets to you quickly and safely. You will be emailed a tracking number after dispatch and can expect delivery the next working day. Find out about special delivery on the Royal Mail website.
