If the jewellery you receive isn’t quite what you were expecting or is an unwanted gift, we offer a full refund for up to 14 days. If there are any faults with the construction of the piece these will be taken seriously and fixed free of charge or a full refund will be given. Issues of this nature will require the piece to be posted back to be inspected. The postage will be covered only if it a problem with the jewellery and not damage inflicted by the customer.  We always recommend you get your jewellery bought from Olivia Yorston Jewellery refurbished by us too. We offer 2 free refurbs after you have bought your piece. These can be taken at any time. This will bring your jewellery back to its like new shiny state, and will also be inspected for damage. Damage repair costs are on a case by case basis and will not be covered in the free refurbishment service.
